PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
Joseph Properties, the real estate development and management division of Joseph & Company, is owned and operated by Leo E. Joseph, Jr. Leo’s background includes experience in appraisal, consultation, brokerage, development and property management, and throughout his career he has been affiliated and certified by numerous real estate organizations in the southeastern U.S.
- This division of the company includes all facets of the development process

- Working with local, county and state organizations to obtain required approvals

Blue Ridge Villas Townhome Apartment Community 53-unit townhome apartment community constructed in 1998. The design of the development was inspired by the architecture of San Francisco, where many communities are designed to take advantage of limited space and steep terrain while offering view amenities. Peachtree Crossings Manufactured Home Community Upscale manufactured home community developed in 1993. Features a large clubhouse and pool and separate mini-storage area for the residents. Highland Ridge Residential Subdivision New upscale development completed in 2008. Features large wooded lots (3/4 acre +). Finished homes for sale priced from $350,000 to $400,000. 1840 16th Street South Five-Story Apartment Building This apartment building was constructed by Joseph Properties in 1989. The building was designed and placed on the steeply sloping property in a manner to maximize use of the land and provide scenic views of the city for all residents. |

Oakbrooke Estates Residential Development This 19-lot site was developed and all homes built by Joseph Properties. Homes sold in the $175,000 to $200,000 in the year 2000.

Cedar Crest Twin Homes Residential Development Built in 1985, this development consisted of 3-Bedroom 2 ½ bath twin homes. There are a total of 24 total units which were all sold within 8 months of completion.

1236 Blue Ridge Boulevard Multi-Tenant Office Building This is the current home office of Joseph & Company and Joseph Properties. The property was purchased and built in 1994.

1432 Highway 31 Stand-Alone Retail Building This retail building was constructed in 1994. Don’s Carpet One has occupied the building since its completion.

Rocky Ridge Place Office/Retail Shopping Center Site developed in 2001. The center contains ±20,000 square feet of office and retail space

Hoover Court Town Center Office/Retail Shopping Center This property was purchased and then completely renovated and redeveloped by Joseph Properties in 2004. There are two buildings on the site. The one-story building contains all retail tenants, and the two-story building is a mix of retail and office space.
